A Message from the Heart
We deeply value your trust and commitment in joining this sacred journey through the temples and timeless
lands of Egypt. Every experience we create is crafted with care, intention, and collaboration with many local
partners. While we understand that unexpected life events may arise, our policies are designed to honor both
your needs and the commitments made to our local team, guides, and accommodations.
- Cancellation by the Guest
All cancellations must be made in writing (by email or confirmed WhatsApp message). The following
conditions apply, calculated from the date your written notice is received:
- More than 60 days before arrival: 15% of total program price (administration and bank fees)
- 59 to 30 days before arrival: 30% of total program price
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of total program price
- 14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of total program price
- 6 days or less, or no-show: 100% of total program price (non-refundable)
Note: Domestic flight tickets, special permits, and non-refundable hotel or dahabiya deposits are subject to
supplier policies and may be fully non-refundable once confirmed.
- Changes or Postponements
If you wish to reschedule your journey, we will do our best to accommodate you with flexibility and goodwill.
Notice must be received at least 30 days before the program start date. New dates are subject to availability
and any rate differences due to season or accommodation changes. All previously paid amounts will be
credited toward your new dates (minus any non-recoverable supplier costs). - Cancellation by the Organizer
In the unlikely event that the journey must be canceled from our side (for example, due to safety concerns,
travel restrictions, or force majeure), you will receive either:
- A full refund of all payments made, minus any non-recoverable supplier deposits, or
- The option to transfer your full payment toward a future retreat or custom journey in Egypt.
Compassionate Understanding
Every case is handled with awareness and empathy. If a cancellation is due to serious illness, family
emergency, or humanitarian reason, we will do our best to find a balanced solution in alignment with our
suppliers and agreements.
Force Majeure
Events beyond our control such as weather changes, political events, border closures, or natural phenomena
do not qualify for refunds. However, in such situations we will always assist in rearranging your itinerary or
rescheduling your participation with care and minimal extra cost.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed through the same payment method originally used (bank transfer, card, or
PayPal) within 15 to 21 business days, after deducting any applicable transaction and bank fees.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that each participant obtains comprehensive travel insurance covering trip
cancellation, medical expenses, and travel interruptions. This ensures your peace of mind while you focus on
your inner journey.
